Established in 1968, the Society with a staff force of around 200 people provides a comprehensive range of services to hearing impaired people and their families, in addition to its efforts in public education and early identification of hearing impairment.

We are now inviting applications for the following Vacancy:

Head of HR & Administration (Ref. No.: HHRADM)

job Duties:

  • Providing full spectrum of HR & administration functions
  • Oversees the operations of the HR & administration department
  • Providing secretariat support to the Council

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent, a qualification and experience as company secretary will be an advantage Professional Membership of M.I.H.R.M.(HK) / HKMA is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ relevant working experience, 5 years of which at supervisory level
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF and other HR related statutory regulations
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent spoken & written English and Chinese
